About us
We are setting the international standards for digital handling of air freight
We are allivate - a joint venture between airport operator Fraport AG and software provider DAKOSY AG. We digitalize and automate air cargo processes - working together with the cargo community.
As a neutral and secure platform, our Cargo Community System already enables more than 1,100 companies to perform innovative, consistent and secure air freight processes. With the founding of allivate, we are bringing the usage and innovative expansion of the airport's digital infrastructure to a new level and are pushing the development of overarching process standards far forward.

With our Cargo Community System, we offer our customers an integrated, stable and neutral platform and create an innovative, interconnected cargo hub.
Our FAIR@Link platform is tailored to the demands of air freight and local cargo communities. It offers numerous digital applications and thereby provides more efficient and transparent handling of customs, security, dangerous goods, consolidation and SCM processes. Individually bookable monitoring and evaluation data offer deeper views into air freight processes. The neutral platform can be integrated flexibly into companies' in-house IT systems. This is one part of our pursuit of the clear goal of accelerating digitalization and ensuring transparency and interconnection in cargo processing.

How we work
Our innovations are the result of communication
We see ourselves as a part of the cargo community. We work together to develop innovative solutions based on existing and future needs.
As the airport's operator, Fraport contributes the motivation and decisive force for digitalization on the site to our joint venture. It is the main link to the local cargo community and to the authorities. DAKOSY brings the essential IT expertise and experience in all aspects of cargo digitalization. The joint venture will elevate the usage and innovative expansion of the airport's digital infrastructure to a higher level and drive the development of overarching process standards far ahead. As a neutral cargo community system, FAIR@Link will be strengthened and further established as a central component of the digital infrastructure at Frankfurt Airport. DAKOSY and Fraport will thus continue to ensure the constant availability and high quality of the platform for their customers now and in the future. Ongoing development will continue to take place in line with the needs of all companies involved. Existing IT systems can be integrated via interfaces. A web application is also available. DAKOSY remains the technical operator of the Cargo Community System and offers customers direct support.
