Niklas Petri, Managing Director
Driving market expansion, strategic development, and the creation of new services and business models to safeguard the competitiveness of Europe’s leading cargo hub – that is the goal of Niklas Petri. With a degree in business administration specializing in logistics and formal training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, he brings a deep understanding of processes from multiple perspectives. At DB Schenker, his focus was on air freight, while at DB Cargo he held roles in project management and strategic development.
At allivate, Petri serves as the key interface to Fraport, which contributes its air cargo network as well as its strong community and process expertise to the joint venture – also as a foundation for growth beyond the Frankfurt location. “Our unique strength lies in the close exchange with the community, enabling us to achieve the best possible outcomes for the air cargo industry,” says Petri.
Matthias Hupka, Management Director
Within the company’s organizational structure, Matthias Hupka focuses on IT, project, and product management. This includes both the technical advancement and strategic positioning of the FAIR@Link platform as well as the integration of new modules and services. “The concept of an anchored and jointly operated cargo community system is the right approach for Frankfurt and other airports, as it allows us to create real added value,” says Hupka.
A graduate computer scientist, Hupka began his career at Fraport and subsequently worked in various IT consulting roles at cimt and WSP-Consulting. He combines experience in air cargo, consulting, and IT development and serves as the interface to DAKOSY, which is responsible for the ongoing development and operation of the platform.
