Martina Schikorr, Managing Director
Martina Schikorr's goal is to speed up and optimize processes by taking a holistic view. She collects and assesses the needs and requirements of all parties along the supply chain and uses these to make handling at cargo hubs more efficient. She relies on her many years of experience in process optimization and capacity planning in flight operations at Fraport AG. She knows her way around the world of flight operations and the airport business as well as the access points and pathways to the best possible cooperation between various companies in a process chain.
Working to develop new solutions with united powerhouses, she not only considers the overall needs of the many parties involved, but also keeps a close eye on the connection between infrastructure and the IT environment.
Dirk Gladiator, Management Director
Dirk Gladiator has a wealth of experience and expertise when it comes to the digitalization of logistics processes. He understands their complexity and diversity - especially at intermodal logistics hubs. He has held leading positions at DAKOSY AG in Hamburg for over 30 years and has worked with the port industry to develop one of the most advanced port community systems in the world. One of his greatest strengths, which he also brings to the development of the air cargo platform for Frankfurt Airport, is keeping an eye on the overall process and while moving forward towards the target. As he takes into account the needs of all stakeholders, he successfully coordinates and implements innovative solutions together with the air cargo community and integrates these into the platform.
