Using FAIR@Link, the forwarder can print out their own delivery order. FAIR@Link has thus replaced the previously paper-based process in which the freight forwarder had to go to the ground handling agent upon arrival of the goods in order to get the pick-up authorization, and then stamp it in their own office before the paper form could be given to the driver for pick-up.
